Global makeup artist, Christine has returned home to the Cayman Islands after 8 exciting years based in London.
Travelling worldwide she worked in internationally recognised red carpet, fashion and beauty events.
Dancing from an early age in Cayman she quickly recognized the power of makeup and how it affected the dancer and the audience. This newfound passion took Christine to London to train as a makeup artist at the renowned Glauca Rossi School of Makeup. Starting out on the shop floor with the brand Charlotte Tilbury, she saw first-hand how makeup can empower absolutely anyone. Christine quickly went on to become Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup assistant and then was appointed Global Creative Pro Artist.
Here she worked on the brand’s beauty campaigns, television commercials and makeup tutorials. As well as working on the Product Development team and training Pro Artists, she did fashion editorials, shows and VIPS.
Christine has worked Red Carpet Events and Fashion Shows all over the world from The Met Ball, Cannes Film Festival, The BAFTA’s, The Evening Standard Awards, The BRITS, The Fashion Awards, The Cesar Awards, AFI Lifetime Achievement Awards, Victoria Secret Fashion Show and Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Milan and Paris. Over the years, she has had the pleasure of working with many celebrities and supermodels including Amal Clooney, Salma Hayek, Blake Lively, Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Susan Sarandon to name a few.
Working in beauty and fashion Christine has been on set with some of the worlds most established photographers including Mert & Marcus, Mario Testino and Karl Largerfeld on photoshoots and videos for VOGUE, LOVE magazine, Marie Claire, V magazine and Harper’s Bazaar.
Her ability to enhance natural beauty with radiant fresh-faced glow and chic timeless glamour makes her popular with brides and stars frequenting the red carpet.
Christine is excited to share her makeup expertise locally in the Cayman Islands, but international travel is always on the cards.
